I don’t think so, to have your oats with you you need to consider living in “pet friendly apartment complex” or find a house or roommate that doesn’t mind pets:) it’s doable, but you will have 60-70% options
If that’s service animal that would be easier 😉

Can people who are not staying in Hult House go inside the rooms?

Before COVID you could invite HULT friends, or sign in visitors out of HULT in advance.
Also your friends can stay with you up to 10 days if you submit the request
With COVID it became more complicated....
