Hello @Xiaoyu, there is the default automatic sub-titles from TH-cam which you can activate yourself on your TH-cam app. For getting it professionally created and uploaded especially in a foreign language, as you seem to request here, this is not something I have the resources to invest in right now. It does not come free. I hope you can make do with the earlier option. Good luck in your work.
