At first I thought that these were actual vintage F1 cars racing. Awesome graphics. What video game is this? This was the very best era of Formula racing! Drivers had incredible talent, and were fearless. They had no special electronics.

Yes, it's an incredible simulator despite having been released in 2014.

Indeed, it's a LOTUS Type 49. The appearance of "COOPER" on the steering wheel instead of "LOTUS" is due to the installed skin (which is mentioned in the description). This skin also changes the color of the same steering wheel or the glass.
