In developed countries like Japan, food inaccessibility remains a pervasive issue, often rooted in a lack of awareness and accommodation for special diets. At the core of this challenge lies a fundamental human right: the freedom to choose what we eat. Yet, too often, we adapt to limitations and settle for less, inconveniencing ourselves to avoid inconveniencing others. Our mission is to disrupt this status quo by spotlighting the importance of understanding and respecting diverse diets, whether driven by allergies or cultural beliefs. Through this video, we aim to raise awareness about the rich tapestry of diets in our multicultural society, fostering inclusivity and empathy.
