This is my second video on the channel, and the second one about martingales. Most of it was originally intended to be included ion the first one, but it's not until I start editing it together that it becomes clear quite how long the result is. So, this was posted as its own self-contained video. For the next one, I intend to look at a different subject. If there's any math(s) you would like me to cover, please mention in the comments. Thanks for watching!
These are the types of videos that I love! Both educational and interesting simultaneously. The production quality is very good and the material is like last time super interesting. Definitely earned my subscription I’ll be looking forward to the next one :)
Gambling, and games of chance, is the reason I had disinterest and distain for statistics and probability, for decades. There are many, many relevant applications that would've gotten me interested in learning it in depth sooner.
Oh well, guess different people find different things interesting. There’ll be plenty of future videos with different ideas (if all goes well). If you have any other approaches you’d like to see, let me know

26:18 this reminded me of the St. Petersburg paradox
Yes. It does seem related. Would be the same thing from the casino’s point of view, if they could avoid making the final payout
