I think this is pretty decent, but the voice-acting and lines could use a little work. It's kinda like you're putting on a hokey voice for both of them. (I spotted that Joker line in there.) Handled a little more naturally, this'd read a lot better. Otherwise, the actual fight that plays out is pretty good. Though maybe could've used some more interaction involving Daredevil dodging what Bullseye throws at him. That's a big part of Bullseye's combat style, after all. (Though I recognize there are limits to what one can do with stop motion.)
I think daredevil to win because Batman might have the good things but he does not have super powers or sences and DD has learned more lessons than Batman he just has money so he can build his cool gadgets so he can n win
