The Wyvern Eggs is an *Account Item.* The account items disappear from your Item Pouch once you finish the quest and become Wycademy Points. So, sadly, it's not possible to keep a Wyvern Egg after you finish a quest 😓. Let us know if you have another doubt 🙂.

No problem! No, you cannot get a Wyvern Egg. But you can get Gold, Silver and Platinum Egg like rewards from certain quests; the gathering, egg delivering and the final monster quest, are a few examples. You also can obtain eggs if you download the DLC packs. P.S.: If you don't mind why do you want a Wyvern Egg?
Oh, Alright! And I just thought a Wyvern Egg sounded very cool. As I said, I’m quite new to this game, I’ve only defeated the Great Maccao so far as of Bosses. I don’t really know what to do now, I’ve completed some of the basic quests, and learnt how to do some basic things, like cook a well-done steak. I’ve tried to defeat the Wyvern to achieve a Wyvern Tear, because I needed it to complete the quest. Though I’m still a newbie and fainted quickly. And then, when I revived and came back to the Area (Area 7, I believe), the Wyvern wasn’t there at the moment, I noticed it’s nest and took a small peak, and discovered a Wyvern Egg. I realized eggs existed by defeating a Gangwa (I think that is how it’s spelt, if not it’s a bird that I found in Area 10.) It had laid an egg, and I attempted to get it back to the base to see if I could do anything with it other than deliver it. It broke because a group of Maccao’s chased me while I was getting through Area 8. So I tried over and over, to no avail. So I quit the quest and restarted. Anyways, what should I do next? I’m very excited to go on new quests, and learn more about these creatures in this game. But so far I have no clue what to do after slaying the Great Maccao.

Anyway, based in your comment we're pretty sure that this is your first Monster Hunter, we're right? If it is, welcome to the MH community! If it's not, we're happy to have you here anyway 😄. It's great that you're enjoying every aspect of the game. You said that you have only defeated the Great Maccao. So, you're currently in Village 2 ☆, right? If you don't, it doesn't matter what we're about to write applies to every Village and HR level. Only in village there's more than 300 quests, and you don't need to finish every single one to progress in the game (even though if you finish them all you'll get an award), for that reason there's certain quest that are called *Key Quests.* Each level has a bunch of them, and as the name suggests, they're the key to move forward to the next village or HR level. You must complete all the key quests in your current level to unlock a quest called *Urgent Quest.* Normally there's only one urgent quest per level (but that's not always the case). Lastly, due to the fact that you have just begin the game we advice you to: improve your armor and weapon as soon as you can, and if the monsters are giving you a hard time use *Flash Bombs, Traps and Paintballs.* Those items, if you use them correctly, will help you a lot in your hunts. Whenever you have a doubt let us know, we'll be delighted to help you. If there's something that we haven't explained correctly in the comment also let us know.

That's because the meal effect didn't activate Felyne Lander. The only away to be 100% sure the meal that you're eating it's going to give you Felyne Lander is by redeeming a Gourmet Voucher before eating. You can watch how I did it in the minute 1:01. Hope it helps.

It has to be very satisfactory after all this time found the thing that you're looking for. We use other songs like this one in our videos, they're CC tracks. Recently we use tracks from Ikson and Sky Mubs. You can search both artist in TH-cam and Soundcloud.
It is possible to complete the quest if you kill the Astalos; but that doesn't mean the quest will finish at the moment the Astalos dies, you'll also need to deliver both eggs to clear the mission.

All you have to do is climb down the cliff with the egg, you don't have to jump down with a skill to do it.

Does it work when u kill astalos?
It is possible to complete the quest if you kill the Astalos; but that doesn't mean the quest will finish at the moment the Astalos dies, you'll also need to deliver both eggs to clear the mission.
