- In this video, I decided to explore what would happen if you started an F1 22 career mode that is actually realistic. This meant that I struggled to get an F1 seat due to other pay drivers, I had to wait many seasons to get into a competitive team, I suffered from team orders and more.

Just that Bottas was never in the fight for the championship
I feel like there’s a difference between two drivers being levelled on points and one that is already out the championship fight and the other one needs the points. Just this year in Spain for instance Perez and Verstappen were almost equal on points, so nothing decided yet. Still RB gave team orders.
Mercedes on the other hand only did that when Bottas was already out the fight for WDC - and we also remember it the other way round when they made Hamilton give the place back to Bottas since he couldn’t catch the car ahead, and Hamilton did.
So really everyone’s been blaming Mercedes lately, but RB is just doing it without justification…

in the older F1 games, you had to test drive for teams to be accepted, you had to beat a projected time to have a seat.

the game developers should look at your videos when they compile a roadmap of updates and fixes for the next game
If F1 22 Career Mode was realistic, it should just be going to a 9-5 and watching F1 on the weekend, because let's be honest we are all to broke to even get into racing let alone F2 :D
Honestly. Would be fun if they made so you could enable team orders and be a second driver.

Video idea: An online race were a random position is selected as a winning place but everyone is only told what position it is at the start of the final lap

I do think it's ridiculous everyone wants the f2 driver's champion immediately in F1. There's only 10 teams, I don't think seats like that will ever be available cuz then everyone in F1 would just be on rotation. I also find it ridiculous f2 champions are barred from competing in f2 again
