- In this video, I decided to explore what would happen if you started an F1 22 my team career mode that is actually realistic. This meant that I struggled to enter a new team into F1 due to the high costs, I had to wait a long time to get a competitive car, and I had to resort to some interesting tactics to pay the bills.

Not super complex but you should have different options of body-parts and components that benefit either aero, chassis, power, or durability, rather than the typical car that you're stuck with for all 10 seasons. Maybe even replace the dumb F1 Life furniture in the podium pass with more body-parts and components

yea that's true, Racing Point just used parts and adapted their design to what they saw the year before. Aston Martin had old Red Bull employees join and carry that design philosophy in.
