- my new video is called clothes for extremely cold weather on the mountain. There, I'm just going through what clothes I have for extremely cold weather on the Fjället. When the cold bites and it's extremely cold in the winter mountains, it's very important what you choose. Through my long experience, I have stayed with the clothes I have now. What I'm wearing is as down jacket Mountain Equipment M's K7, down pants Norröna Lyngen Down850 Knickers and as down filled base camp shoes I have Rab Expedition Down Boots. Everything insulates very well but is also light reinforcement clothing. So it is very carefully selected for the expeditions I do.

Mountain Equipment M's K7 Jacket
A substantial down jacket that provides a lot of warmth and offers low weight. Norröna Lyngen Down850 Knickers
The Norröna Lofoten Down850 Knickers (m) is a men's knee-length insulation pant, which is an excellent product for top hikers who want a really light and heat-insulating garment for the lower part of the body. This highly functional mid-layer is made from down that meets RDS 2.0 850 and has a lightweight down-resistant surface in recycled 10D nylon. The pants have a full zipper and can be easily put on and off without having to take off the boots, either over or under the shell pants. It can easily be stowed away in a small, separate bag. The side zips are coordinated so you don't have to spend time trying to match them and the Custom-fit waist™ system makes them both comfortable and easy to adjust. The seat is insulated with Primaloft to ensure your bum stays warm even if you rip a hole.

Rab Expedition Down Boots
A solid expedition shoe for the adventurous! This is a shoe designed for really cold temperatures and biting winds that find their way deep into the bone marrow. Because there's one thing you want to ensure, regardless of whether you're at really high altitudes, or in polar regions with sledding behind you, it's that you keep your feet warm and dry even when you're in base camp.
That is exactly why you will find on Rab Expedition Boots an outer shell of Pertex® Quantum Pro with water-repellent treatment. Inside you will find a warming insulation of European goose down with a Fillpower of a whopping 800 cuin. Down which also received a dose of water-repellent treatment.

Expedition overalls/overalls for extreme winter tours. In my opinion, the best for slightly more extreme winter climates when it really comes down to storms. The wind hood keeps the winter cold out in a good and efficient way. The trousers protect very well and have reinforcements in the right places. I am incredibly satisfied with the quality of the climbing mouse.
Underneath I have devold to divert moisture from the body and keep me dry on the winter mountain.
It consists of devold expedition hoodie and Devold Expedition Long John (DEVOLD EXPEDITION LONG JOHN). Underneath, I also have boxer shorts from Devold (Duo Active Man Boxer/Windstopper)
