in the last game of round 2, they had an out if they liquid metal'd the fomo. Since splinter twin grants the creature an activated ability, making the fomo into an artifact with karn in play stops the combo entirely
I went 3-0 at FNM last week with Grixis twin. Very different build though. More like the izzet wizards shell splashing for frog with tamiyo, snap, flame of anor, counterspell. It’s a lot of fun
24:53 they could have grabbed something other than coating (like needle) OR they could still grab coating and just coat your FOMO once you target it with Twin. It would still be able to attack but it couldn’t activate, so you would just have to pass into their All is Dust and Karn minus. Opponent had it all and just punted. Whoops
The first time twin was out I used to run 2 inferno titan in my twin deck. Super fun twinning that brute. And titan was a handful by itself. Of course 6cc is probably too much these days. Hmmm…FREE FURY!
Meltdown was cool out of the SB vs titan last night at locals got to meltdown his amulet and map and then surgical extraction him on the draw step taking the amulet he just drew for turn. And i got to surgical extraction his titan when he tried to copy it from the graveyard with the delirium land. Not sure if they where just Timmy plays that just happened to work out but im convinced other cards in the main where dead in that matchup and surgical wasn't completely dead and it was really funny how it worked out for me
I think Bosh tends towards control as a control player. He's very ready to board into full control, and I wonder if a combo player would instead lean further into the combo plan.
In the fourth game and last match, I think you'd have a chance if you Meltdown the Amulet and then surgical it. The biggest threat is Titan in combination with the Amulet. We can't predict the future, so It wouldn't have mattered if you can't kill the titan next turn anyway,. But The Amulet is always the big key piece in Titan decks,. without it, the deck is not even close to function.
this looks like grixis murktide but instead of murktide competing with barrowgoyf its a weird silly combo. also i might try this with 1 pestermite 1 exarch, if only cause flying is cracked.
Problem with tomorrow is a 3 toughness creature blocks in infinitely and if your hellbent went you go off you lose, ask me how I know. They had a urza and I couldn’t remove it cause all I had was bolt and push, and I couldn’t get 2 bolts cause I had 1 card in hand, if I passed they’d remove it and win pretty easy with what their hand was.
How many times can a 3 toughness creature take 2 damage in a turn? The answer is much smaller than infinite. Also FOMO draws if you’re hellbent. You will see 2 bolts along the way if that’s what you need.

Yeah, the hyper-disciplined play was to not Port me with the Coating and see what happens.
Happy New Year, Bosh! Great year of Magic tournament results for ya, keep up the good work.
55:55 "Do I wanna mess around with my twins or my moons..."
Hmmm
"...I don't think so,"
Happy new year from Australia!
happy new years from Perth :)

Love that I bought my foil copy of FOMO for $7 AUD because I didn't want to miss out and then the price spiked...
I will never tire of twin be cause twin will never be good
the pyroclasm play in r5 was clutch. 👌

44:35 collapse the titan and then surgical in response to the woodland?
Island doesn't cast collapse
every time i hear your intro video. all i hear is unholy confessions.
... ReAmuletor is a hell of a deck, wow

you should've done it with dreadhorde arcanist to make the deck even more outrageous to legacy
twin pack splint em if you copy em
Soooo mannnnyyy packkksss today, my poor lungs!
why only 3 frog? Isnt it the best card in the deck
Because we’re trying cool new stuff. 🤷🏻♂️
@BoshNRoll that is the best reason 🥰

I think the name should be Missing Twin
