criminally underrated podcast. thank you so much for doing what you do. as a german i was super fascinated by normans book from the beginning. tweeking hitler at the olympics was too funny to be just a meme...
I just started reading ohler's book yesterday mutch new info from others ive read about the history of LSD the counterculture cia mk ultra etc in 67 i was 14 to young but stood on the sudelines watching the hippies at small concert loveins here in LA later l had my own experiences about 6 of my own in late 60's it was verry enlightening but that was enough for me but fascinating subject thanks
The Weimar didn’t have LSD. Tripped wasn’t as interesting as I had thought it might be. ‘Tripping on Utopia’ by Ben Breen, was more interesting in my opinion. Ohlers books are worth reading., His interests mirror many of mine own likely because we’re the same age 49/50.

Didn’t know about Tripped before this podcast. I just purchased the audiobook. I’m excited.
Fascinating, love Ohler's work!
