Welldone on the repair, HTC designed these phones to be impossible for screen repair. Very delicate phones. You did exceptionally well. My first repair was an absolute disaster. By second time it was a success. I certainly don't want to attempt ever again. My advice to anyone else who are going to attempt this, make sure you have the correct tools at hand and alot of patience
I see the home button came up with the screen on yours too. This also happened with mine. Did the button still work after ?, as Iv never seen this model before and wasn't sure what it did as the button isn't actually attached to anything.
hey man i followed this video replacing an u11 screen but i seemed to have skipped something or perhaps broke it. when testing the screen it worked but after the assembly it now wont turn on. any troubleshoot tips i can do?

Good brilliant job. I have htc u11 but unfortunately its back side borken. How can i repair it. And from where i can buy.
