But wouldn't you know it, raccoons decided to chew through the gas tank on my house and it burnt to the ground! Seven years of hard physical savings gone in an instant. I had to buy a newer van (1991) to live in. Now because of the horrible wrist fatigue, the rokon is only a dream :( Rokon, please make a bike the common man can afford!!
@Thystaff Thywill That's no kidding! I have two olderRokon's. A 1966, and a 1972. Neat concept. Its fun to get the old ones running. Worth the price they were charging for them BACK THEN. It was still a piece of change. The price on the new ones are absolutely ridiculous. A two wheel drive design like Rokon offers now should be in the $3800 to $4000 range TOPS! For that price you should get a fully loaded, all the bells and whistles version. As a matter of fact, There should only be one model with one price. It doesn't even have a real motorcycle engine. A reverse would be handy too. The front suspension fork system is a fruity looking design and not worth the $575.
Wanted a Rokon since I first started riding dirt bikes in the 70s. Finally getting one. Found a 2010 Trail Breaker slightly used. Should be a fun winter. Going to hunt and ice fish with it.
