My son has Fibromyalgia and chronic pain and thankfully being a trained nurse I manage his painkillers and when he takes them he's lucky there but I feel for you .

It is so difficult having to.function, especially with children and especially our unique children, with extreme pain. I have severe degenerative Scoliosis as well as a damaged spinal chord. I broke my back in several places, ripped muscle from the bone, damaged multiple nerves and broke my pelvis in a horrific car accident. I too live with chronic pain 24/7. Some days I have to fight through the tears my pain is so bad, but as a divorced mum, I just have to try and smile and function as best as I can. I take a cocktail of drugs for pain, nerve pain and sickness (the pain is so bad I always feel sick). I thank God for morphine as my emergency relief when nothing else works. I am in bed most nights at 7.30 with the electric blanket on to help ease the pain, because my back is made up of cages and metal rods, I can't lie down so I have to sleep sitting up. I often feel for you Hannah, as at least I only have 1 child who always needs me, but to have 4 including a toddler with chronic pain, you do so well. Xx
Your Snap programme sounds amazing, I wish we had something like that here. We do have Autism SA, and I'll probably get slaughtered for this, but I found it very cult like. It was extreme and everyone comparing things and getting eye rolls etc, it felt like a competition to see who's kid was worse, just really not my scene. Then again Mum's club wasn't my scene either lol. It's perfectly normal for a kid to have a bucket on their head, love it! Eventually it turns into masks or hoodies pulled tight around their face and not because it's cold. Did you end up naming the pair of squirrels? I ended up back in hospital again today so not ideal, but it gives me a chance to catch up on yt lol
When I was young I'm 63 lol. We had tufty club who was a road safety squirrel so tufty is a good name
Lovely ❤

It's not a house it's a home. Embrace the mess it won't last for ever and look after yourself. Do try not to step on any building bricks though 😂
