I think in scripting area if you have difficulty in python you can go with Ruby or perl as well. But bash is much better

I think that Golang can be a very good skill to learn, also Observability tools.
Go is tough for devops guys never know programming, already suffering for 8 months to learn that well, even you understand all topics you wont get project to work continously.

There’s a difference between terraform and ansible. Terraform is for managing infrastructure whereas ansible is better at server configuration management
