Hi there, I've been having really bad wrist flare-ups the past few weeks. I have extremely hypermobile wrist/hand joints and I'm wondering if you could show a close-up of how the wrist should sit in alignment? I can't tell if I'm hyperextending or not because I can't figure out where "neutral" is. My wrists wobble all over the place and I use the wrong muscles for certain movements, so I want to make sure I'm doing things correctly. Thanks x
I have particularly sore and weak fingers and thumbs and I'm only 21, will these help and do you have any more exercises for finger pain? I can't draw or play video games anymore so anything to help move back towards that would be appreciated
Hi! How often should I do these exersizes? I used to do hand stretches before and after I played games, but I stopped doing that because of the pain the stretches were causing. Should I do these just as often?
Why exactly do we develop pain with hyper mobility syndrome in the wrists/hands? I'm 23 y/o and have always been an avid technology user growing up. All of a sudden when I use my computer and/or cell phone, I get a tight/sore wrist. MRI/x-rays all normal I was recently diagnosed with hyper mobility syndrome and told PT would help me best.
These are great. They’re different from anything else I’ve used and I can really feel the muscles working in a good way.
Great news 👍
Jeannie, how often should we do it? And what about the time of each exercise, any advices? Thank you!!
Oh wow, I’m surprised how much I could feel my wrist muscles activate with such a small movement! Thanks so much for these great exercises 😄
Excellent!

You may want to see a hand therapist or an occupational therapist for help. Have you looked at Jo Southall for OT?
Thank you so.much Jeannie! I never would of thought of these. I've tried so many different things before. These look very helpful
Excellent. Thank you.
Exactly!! Me too ! Have tried so many things including braces etc in the past 10’years -- going to try this today itself
This is very helpfull because I have hypermobile finger joints and I will try these

Depends on each person. Start low reps and see how it feels. Shouldn’t increase pain.
@@JeannieDiBonHypermobility thank you so much! Do you have any exercizes that helps the cord of the thumb?

We can get pain in any joint. Repetitive actions like overuse on gaming, phones etc can trigger it.
Hi Jeannie, do you have any preferred keyboards & mice for hypermobile wrists?
I know many people like the upright mouse.
my wrist still hurts like hell, all I wanna do is box, or gym but I cant ;(
Always get persistent pains checked out by a medical professional.
@@JeannieDiBonHypermobility They told me that I got flexible wrists and theres nothing I can do :(
