Memo Flora is one of the best works in modern history. Takashi Yoshimatsu is one of the greats. So beautifully spontaneous, yet controlled. So peaceful, yet somber. Everything is taken with the slightest hint of doubt. But ultimately no one can help getting carried away. Like a bird that is still, or an angel falling into a doze.
I do not really know because I have lost my head for some time! In any case, this magnificent music beyond all reason helps me to fall asleep peacefully. And it's happy because my invasive neuroses nibble at my healthy thoughts.
I found this track from watching The Shogunate's series on the Sengoku Jidai. This played during the part where the narrator tells us of the final years of Tokugawa Ieyasu's life (th-cam.com/video/ssdbeDQ12eg/w-d-xo.html). The music in tandem with the narration, especially when kept in perspective after watching the whole series, gave me goosebumps.
Just went to his mausoleum the other day in Nikko. Had to listen to it again since I found this composer from that same video! It was snowing and felt like I traveled back in time.
I am immersed in impression while listening to this music like wind and watching wonderful pictures . From Tokyo in the dizzying Megalopolis ablaze with neon Which national are you watching this video ?
@@alexerr_wolf Thank-you so much to your wonderful comment I deeply love and respect and long for Mussorgsky After listening to Mussorgsky's masterpiece , I might have a dream of Mussorgsky walking in the crowds of Moscow . I am adreamer who believes in reincarnation and the immortality of the soul Be on the alert for Covid - 19 Someday please visit Japan in spring The banquet under the cherry blossoms in full bloom are beyond your imagination and beyond description Good luck !
Angels exist in a different time frame. An angel's doze can last around thirty years. It is unfortunate for you if your guardian angel dozes off. It'll be great tho when he wakes back up.
Thanks for posting this. Some of the paintings are quite beautiful, more so than the music, which is mildly pleasant. It might aptly be titled "Music to View Paintings by..."

The slide show (and its transitions) seems so unconnected to the music in any way, that I have to minimize this tab to listen to the piece.
