Struggling to find the answer to this but hopefully you can help (Ill never forget it) and sorry if a lot. I fly far more naturally in 'Mode 3' (throttle + yaw on right stick) because of this its made understanding the gimbals more difficult because they can vary between different remotes/gimbals. I am willing to buy more expensive remotes if necessary (was looking at Boxer too) but want to make smart decisions as I figure it all out. From what I understand, there are some that have a simple screw that allows for this change easily but then there are others like this that I'd need to disassemble, swap either the gimbals themselves OR some spring to achieve this?
Do you want to figure out how you can make a right free stick with no lock in the middle for throttle control? I don't know about other rc, but on the Pocket both gimbals are the same and you can make a right or left stick for throttle, just unscrew one screw as shown in the video or screw it back in to make a stick with a center lock. The main thing is to be careful that the stick spring does not come off.
These gimbals will definitely not make you a pro, rather the opposite if your level is already very high and you don't want to change the controller, this upgrade is a good option. Or as in my case I just like the looks of these gimbals😄
This.. was amazing😢
Thanks for the video, the part with calibrating the gimbals was very helpful. I found RadioMaster's instructions to pretty lackluster.
Thank you! I'm very happy that my video was helpful
Great video
Thanks!
Thanks for the video! But this price... The cost of the equipment itself
Oh yes, the pocket itself is a very budget RC. And these gimbals, if you need them, are just a nice addition if you decide to keep it for a long time
Sick! I wanna get a pair for my Pocket!
Yes and these sticks are really good, the better you fly the bigger the difference you see
@@Nik_FPV24 I have about 2000 hours on the sticks

Is it worth the upgrade? I'm pretty happy with my stock pocket

The wide connector broke
Yeah a little bit, the plastic is pretty thin. But it didn't affect the function of RC in any way
@@Nik_FPV24 mine also broke the same way same place
