Do you want to figure out how you can make a right free stick with no lock in the middle for throttle control? I don't know about other rc, but on the Pocket both gimbals are the same and you can make a right or left stick for throttle, just unscrew one screw as shown in the video or screw it back in to make a stick with a center lock. The main thing is to be careful that the stick spring does not come off.

I think yes, it is very similar to a full size freestyle drone, although of course it is different. Although it all depends on your goal, if you haven't flown at all, I'd rather take a tiniwop, for example air65 or 75pro is the best option in terms of control and if you want to fly outdoors too. If you already have flying experience and want something more fun and interesting, then draknight is a good choice

@Nik_FPV24 This will be my 8th 😅. After trying several sizes and styles Ive figured out my favorite is 2" freestyle drones. Right now my go-to is the Happymodel Bassline. Great drone, but I really like this style with the regular central body setup. It was between the draknight and the lightning v2. Bought the draknight earlier today. 👍

I told you, it's not a new drone, I got it by hand and a bit broken. But I got it even a little cheaper, $50 with a set of five batteries. Try looking for this on used goods sites in your area

There were several reasons for this, the main ones being that I don't like the quality of the RunCam nano4 and I already had a replacement camera when the drone came to me. But maybe I will fix this camera and use it somewhere else in the future in another project

draknight, it's FC goes up to 4s I believe

They are both pretty good drones. I enjoyed flying petrel85 more, it has better motors, it's faster and more durable so there are dacts. The advantages of Draknight is that it has a little more inertia, which brings it closer to a “freestyle” drone, also it comes with a camera mount like RunCam thumb or insta go and can be used as a cinewhoop, but for all this it is better to buy drones designed for this purpose. And for learning fpv and just for fun I would choose petrel85

Yes 4s is good, but the current on esc is 12A…

@@Nik_FPV24 it will very likely cover even that, btw two days ago i turned a non functional tinywhoop with damaged motor cables and i used your method to remove the connectors becouse i was about to use a b2 tip lol (one of the motors give up mid-air for some reason..)

These gimbals will definitely not make you a pro, rather the opposite if your level is already very high and you don't want to change the controller, this upgrade is a good option. Or as in my case I just like the looks of these gimbals😄

Yes can save a lot of weight by using the 4in1 fc from betafpv with the lite elrs reciver or the fc from happymodel are also good. We can also get a pinch cam which is noticeably lighter than the c03 and 3D print a canopy. And about the screws, the best price/weight/durability solution in my opinion is titanium screws

No, the camera comes with two different connectors for 2 and 4 wires, since there is no additional rx and tx on the flight controller, we just use the connector where is 5v and ground

about 4 minutes with 650mah and 6 minutes with 1100mah. But it is better to fly with 650mah as this drone is already very heavy
