Hi Francine, I was prescribed Ridelin (sp?) about a year ago to combat fatigue, and it has been a wonderful tool! I'm in year 3 of Stage IV ovarian cancer myself. It doesn't solve it all, nor put me in the same energy class as I was in before cancer (I'm 64 now, diagnosed at 61, so I have the aging thing going on too!), but it's been a help. Thank you for your honesty in your videos and many blessings to you!

Thank you, for answering my question. I'm happy to know you can do what you love and sharing your gift when you're well. Getting "old" sucks. Seems that what my Doctors tell me also. It's hard not to be able to do the things I used to do with lightening speed and multitasking. I look back at my life and wonder how I ever manage an executive job, raising 3 children, cleaning a huge home, cooking, driving miles to and from work, yard work, school functions, etc. etc. Also read ingredient labels 😱 It's something I have to do for my gut and intestinal health. I'm at at a point of why eat? Everything I love is going to affect how I feel. 😔 I'm right there with you on the medications I'm supposed to take. You are the loveliest woman I know. You make me want to be a better person in the health struggle. Much love to you! ❤🫂🌻🦋

It's just started warming up a bit in my part of England but I agree that I would rather be too cool than too hot - especially as I worry about my fur pets and wildlife -
I have a question- do you believe dreams have meanings?
I sometimes think they do - especially the recurring ones but my husband hardly ever dreams and thinks they don't mean anything!

Yes, I'm sure we would. I've been there many times. Where do you live? I'm on low fiber because they are concerned I will get a bowel obstruction. I'll explain more in the next video! 💞

I’m here for you Francine, I just don’t do heat well. I have what is called
Poikilothermia..aka impaired thermoregulation. My baseline temp fluctuates between 97.2-97.6 so I am always hot. I’m so sick plus had a very traumatic event happen in my life. So I will be watching and praying and sending healing energy and love.

My mother was born in 1930. She said that many times when people died, there was no real diagnosis. Quite a few of her relatives wouldn't go to the doctor for any reason. So, I'm not certain cancer is really increasing. One area of concern though is the number of women drinking excessively. Alcohol and tobacco are known to be carcinogens.
