Just got the KS blade diamond stitching irons...has a 45° angle, 2mm teeth width which is my comfort zone. I have some euro irons too from a guy in Singapore, in 3, 3.38 and 3.85mm...gorgeous highly polished. If u want to have a look just reply and I’ll send u a picture ....sgd86 for a set of 2, 5 and 10 teeth, 2mm teeth width Wuta is 2.2mm

Doldokki knives are HSS(SKH-51) and HRC, I am not sure. it depends what kind of steel you prefer, I think fit and finish wise, Chartermade is off the roof

Never used Euro style irons. I don't think we can afford them! But I really appreciate those perfect angled dashes.
you can afford EUro style from Wuta. they are nice as much as Blanchard
