He did a good job sharing his story and insight from a general perspective. I admired his courage to say what’s needed for the community of Baltimore, to specifically the young men. Change is coming… I’ve personally learned that your values have to compliment what you do in any job/career. There are those who enjoy working in customer service, and then there are others who don’t. When one is solely working for money to survive…the negative demeanors show unfortunately. It’s unfortunate because this happens in any age group… It’s obvious that younger children want money, so a school with teachers that loves their career, does indeed play a part in influencing their students. The education these teachers paid off is to ultimately help others-it makes a difference who is influencing children, who will one day be the “head” of the world. Most importantly: the person/people raising that child. My respect goes to those who use this journey of there’s as positive work-skill sets-such as the skills he mentioned: having patient, to having respect for others. It pays off when respect is given and reciprocated. Thank you to the production team for taking the time out to present this! I am looking forward to the entire film.

He hit the nail right on the head… Not all the squeegee kids are “ The squeegee kids“…This is the part that gets misunderstood. The majority of these guys are good people, always smiling.
