I would get one of these, but I DESPISE having to use proprietary arrows and nocks... Nope, not doing it. It's too bad, I really like the looks of the Hyper lineup.
The Rinehart 18-1 broadhead target is what I have. It's specifically designed for broadheads. Arrows with field tips get stuck in it though because the target material welds itself to the arrow because of friction. And if you shoot all 18 sides out within a year, Rinehart will replace it.

you can fix them with a hair strightner i do all the time when mine get bent

The Barnett Wildcat CRX280 is a good entry level crossbow. $200 at Walmart. The scope is trash but it serves its purpose.
