Thank you, Roxy. That was very helpful. I did recognize myself as the rider that initiates the pumping movement too early on the down slope. I never heard any coach explain the nuances of pumping as well as you have. You are the best. God bless you for the help you give and the light you shine in this world.
Thank you, Martin. Just told my husband yesterday how grateful I am for your support and kindness ❤ It’s comments like yours that fuel me to keep giving and sharing. Thank you ❤
I ride a longboard on them but you're making me want to bike it too! Very nice tutorial 👍
Thank you. It's so much fun with a skateboard - the long board may hit the bumps in the middle though, depending on the height of the bumps ☺
Yes, please show us how to ride berms on the pumptrack.
Yess, bearms!! Also an interesting part !!!🤔🤗 And my weak point!!😅
Great clear and concise explanation as usually, thanks for sharing 👍
Thank you 🙏
Very helpful thank you Roxy 😊👍🏻
Thank you for taking the time to comment!

Muy buenos tips😊😊❤❤❤

Do I have to keep the fork and shock open or closed?
It’s easier locked, but I recommend practicing it with open, too, as it’ll be how it feels out on the trails.
Great stuff as usual. “They” always say “speed for free”. I say this: 😂😂😂😂😂
Haha true 💪💪
i always lose speed in the berms of a pump track (and trails). looking at older videos of myself i think i used to lean more but i had one fall a couple years ago coming out of a berm so struggling to let myself lean as much as i need to and then can't take the turn as fast. plus the idea of falling on a paved track seems worse than dirt. definitely interested in some simple tips for berms! right now my plan is to just keep pushing myself to lean more and slowly up my speed on trail berms -- i have an app that tracks average and max lean of my bike through turns to keep me honest
sounds like a cool app, what’s it called?
@@djinn_tseng MTB Hangtime. mount your phone to your handlebars and tell the app if it's horizontal or vertical and it'll read gps, accelerometer, etc data to measure jumps and turns
Where is this bike park located? I'm asking so I know where to plan my next vacation. :P
This one is near Alicante, Called El Palmeral. There are so many here in the area.
Hello coach, is your how to course still available on your website ??. Im planning on joining the course.

Do you mind me asking your height and what size you ride?
Hey Hannah, I’m 158 cm (5‘1“) and I usually ride a small Lapierre frame with mullet - in this video the bike doesn’t have a size and it’s 26“ wheels though. 😊
Where is this pump track?
Near Alicante, Spain 😊 And if you’re in the are, definitely also visit this one: The biggest pumptrack in the world!!! - MTB Vlog Torrevieja, Spain

Pump tracks are clearly not design for the size of an MTB :) Plus most of the time there are 50 scooters on them so good luck. They are fun though.
They are great fun. In Spain they are usually free during the daytime 😍😍🚀 and the bumps are larger, as you can see in this video 😊
That’s offensive because I am stupid.
Why should you be stupid?
Nur noch englisch schade
Nur dieser Kommentar - schade - ich hätte mich sehr über Wertschätzung für ein sehr aufwendiges Video und sehr viel gratis know how gefreut. 😢
Übrigens - das deutsche Video kommt morgen.
Vielleicht magst du da ja einen freundlichen Kommentar schreiben. 🙏
