Device is on but ap hotspot not showing neither it's scanning the qr code. So unable to connect the camera to mobile phone. Though the area has wifi connection

you can download a pc version v380pro .The connection way is similar to phone

Can you use a different camera app then what your camera came with?
For those camera ,if they use the other APP , that means the hardware is different inside. On the market , there are V380PRO , Yilot, Tuya smart ,HDWIFICAM PRO, FTYCAM PRO ,Little star and some other APP for those wifi camera .

There is a new cloud offer that's states it will but you have to purchase it. Not sure how it works because I have not purchased the app.
Only the light works in this camera
Can we control the camera from outside not by same router ? If we are in other city as an example .
of course , after you connect the camera to the internet via the wifi router . Then you can view the video in another city

I chose the AP hotspot for my camera and then whenever I leave the place where my CCTV were placed the video and connection will go offline because I’ll connect to a new internet. Please help. A lot of delay in moving the camera. Does it have color night vision?
this one don't have color night vision . The delay mainly due to wifi connection
I have the exact ssme camera and upon conducting experiments, the nearer it is to your modem, the better the connectivity. In my case, my router is inside the living room and our mini convenience store outside the house is kinda obstructing it. So my solution would be to buy a wifi extender/,repeater and place it near your camera and let it connect from there.

Great for outdoors mines is the same camera and I use it for my back door and front door.

This V380 pro app have PC version . Use your phone internet as a hotspot rooter , that's a good idea , I didn't try that yet . On the theory , it shall be workable .

What to do if my wifi signal is 5g?
@@marifelsebastian8871 whatever your WiFi router is WiFi 6 or 5Ghz ,they
have a 2.4ghz WiFi. But sometimes that 2.4ghz is hidden or turn off.You need turn on the 2.4ghz WiFi in WiFi router setting.

just check the settings , there is a option to switch it .
Click on device then at the bottom right corner you will see an icon that says MORE click on it then click INVERSION.
My admin password always says error how to reset pls?
after turn on the camera , use the pin ,then insert it to reset hole for 5 seconds. It will notify you reset success

What garbage wifi security camera. Can only use inside the house with a limited distance to detect the camera. Cannot even penetrate a concrete wall if you have a concrete house.
Bro , the wifi signal is depends on your wifi router .If your wifi router have very strong signal , the camera can connect to it .
