No need to apologize for anything! Well you should be proud of yourself for being able to balance your life in a positive manner and still have time to make a video which I really appreciate. I am just glad to be alive and back in the gym after I got hit by a distracted driver and then went into a coma for three weeks afterwards. My doctor told me that if I had not been in such good shape I would’ve never survived. Well that which doesn’t kill me makes me stronger 👍
Oatmeal with fruit, scoop of vanilla whey, and collagen for good measure. Fantastic pre workout / breakfast and delicious. And it hits the macros you suggested of 20g protein and around 40-50 carbs
@@gioplease6848 Try to avoid sugar as far as possible. Your protein power will have a small amount of sugar in it that should be enough. As far as banana's and Almond milk goes they are completely fine but in the end it depends on your calorie intake

Not sure if you take suggestions but one thing I have been noticing that I have been running across youtube is the different body types and they all say something different. Not sure if there is a scientific explanation and resolution for each body type. I am an ectomorph and is extremely hard to gain weight.

I generally eat an all protein breakfast in the morning with coffee. Just before my WO I like whole wheat waffle with banana and honey or oatmeal, banana and honey. Seems to work well for me. Don't over eat anything anytime. I weighed 149 when I got out of the Army at the age of 20 and now at the age of 75 I still weigh 149.

I make a shake with one scoop of muscle feast carbolean and one scoop of their whey isolate about 45-60 minutes before working out. It’s a made a huge difference in my workout performance

Ultimately TH-cam will decide whether they want to push your video or not (based on things like watch time, shares, etc) and luckily I got a few videos that they pushed and did really well but it's starting to slow down. What it comes down to is providing the best content out there and finding a niche that you can provide videos to that are better in a way than everyone else. Because sure you can get a bunch of views if TH-cam pushes one of your videos but the biggest factor that's going to determine if views convert to subs is the quality of your content and how well that video relates to your target viewer.
Jeremy Ethier keep up the videos just like this and the ones with the muscle exercise science and you will do great. I'm definitely not or never been a gym rat, but I want to stay healthy so I exercise at home. I am taking your videos and making a workout plan that I can do with my home equipment. I can agree here, just don't over eat before exercise, otherwise it'll have the adverse effect and make you sluggish.
If I eat that type of portion 2 hours prior to working out I'd feel hungry before I get there....
He didn't say it defends when you eat. You can eat a meal with fibre or what and it will as good as this from the video.

My go to is 3 eggs and either 2 pieces of toasts w/ pb&j/cream cheese or quick oats w a half scoop of pb!
