I remember that Jinyoung (SM Vocal Trainer) said that Wendy debuted with Vocal Chord Nodule which limits her range and stability. I'm telling you all, she's a monster. I think she can whistle
isn't it crazy what she can do even though she got those nodules, can you imagine if she didn't get those nodules?😳 She would be unstoppable, even now she's on a different level than all her peers
@@chrissyalapo-calg9748 yeah, like her vocal on Happiness, the "shine on me" thingy? That was so high and powerful, she has nodule that time and she is hitting that. SM is a very strong vocal group and I think they wouldn't debut Wendy if she had nodules but she is too strong that she is even RV's Main Vocal

She's the best because she can easily fit in any genre even in high range or lower register I'm telling you people she's incredible. Others, claims that best singer can hit the high notes but Wendy can also hit the lower register. She's a group inside her self. And take note she has 8 different voices that's why people are confused whenever they knew that wendy sang that part of a song
Not only can she hit highs and lows but she can easily scale and run through them... and she can beatbox. What's not to love about this girl
@@BEcauseILoveYooh And then there's Irene and Joy who both have such unique voices, and Irene especially reminds me how amazing she is live whenever she gets into that mid/mixed-range of hers. She's pretty strong there like Joy is. Joy also has a really clear low range as well.

I'm not the only person who's actually discover how good she is during "Be Natural" era right? like, all those playing with rhythms and low notes in that song was freaking sick.
I didn't notice her in Happiness because I thought it's quite common for a vocalist to hit high notes during debut to give huge first impresssion the audience. But then BE NATURAL really slapped and that's when I notice she can do both low and high notes
youre all here praising her high notes and upper register and while that's amazing, i find her lower register more impressive. if you're a soprano like her, it's usually extremely hard to use and support your lower register. our wendy here sounds so stable and comfortable using it and that's incredible.
