There is a café at the entry point and also there are some food joints available at hanuman temple but they are basically tea-samosa kind of stall. srry I don't have any idea about the washroom.
If you talk about the reserve so it’s a jungle and you are not supposed to get down from your vehicle for safety purpose, hence no food joints or washroom. It’s a 2-3 hours safari. So I don’t think it should be a problem
