Michael, get some di-electric silicone grease and apply it to all of your electrical connections. Use it on light bulbs and plugs that go into outlets. There might be something in the hardware stores near you as well. It stops arc faults and voltage drops from rain, humidity, salt and fog. It is also used a lot in automotive so you could also try an automotive supply store.
That sounds dumb to me. Silicone is for outdoors, not indoors electric. Just get a qualified electrician to take a look at your houses electrical system….and the sooner the better.(That that fibrous roof is a fire hazard!

I also don't get it why they stare at people too. It's creepy. I know they are just curious but it's still not nice especially on the street, they also do it here in Makati. When I asked them what's wrong, they turn around and go. My grandma has a house in Poblacion Capiz, last time I've been there when I was a kid. Hope I can visit soon.
I dont really get what are you trying to portray yourself. Either ignorance or arrogance and either way, man, I think that's why your country is like that in comparison to its neighbors.
@22:39.....Looks like Larra would love to have a playmate at her age now. And I think having a sibling like a Canadian-Filipino half-brother/sister would be the best option. It will be interesting to see how the mix-culture of siblings grow up to be. What do you guys think?

"Maybe" a dielectric grease will help with your outlet issues. Dielectric grease is some translucent substance that is used to seal electrical conductors to prevent dust, sand, dirt, or other foreign materials from sticking to the conductor. It also prevents the conductor from transferring a current between the contact points. Also, the dielectric grease blocks moisture, preventing corrosion in the process
