This is very good content to be posted on TH-cam. I am from the Philippines too but I did not know this one. Thank you for sharing.

That last one is a bit pricey for some, but the view is amazing and it's more westernized the way the set up inside of the condo. I'm pretty sure for some, that under 500 dollars rent will be more affordable. I have never been to Boracay and I heard good and bad things about the island. Hoping one day I will get to see it for myself. Thanks for the input and sharing this video. Aloha from Hawaii

Is Boracay more expensive than most cities? I've been looking at Air Bnb for cities in the Phillippines and Boracay always stands out with the prices.

HOMEY, LIVED THERE FOR SIX YEARS AND YES THERE ARE PLACES THERE THAT ARE CHEAPER BUT YOU HAVE TOO KNOW WERE TO FIND THEM. YOU CAN PAY RENT ANNUALLY BY SPENDING 300,000 AND UP FOR A YEAR, HOWEVER, THIS DOESN'T COVER ELECTRICITY. WATER, CABLE ETC.. THINGS HAVE CHANGED SINCE THE TIME I LIVED THERE I.E. THE ROADS WERE RECONSTRUCTED AND THE MALL WAS NEWLY CONSTRUCTED AND THEY BUILT A THEATRE IN THE MALL (SAW BLACK PANTHER THERE). THEY ARE ELECTRIC VEHICLES AND THEY WERE GETTING RID OF ALL GASOLINE VEHICLES. I USE TO TAKE WALKS ON THE WHITE SANDS. GOOD VIDEO HOPE TO CHAT WITH YOU SOMETIMES.

I've always thought Boracay was overrated. Maybe it's just me.

Same, I feel like you can have comparable experiences elsewhere in the Philippines for less money.
