Are you able to edit the HTML tags of these items so that these queried items follow proper structure or so that something can be an instead of a ? That's something I've been wondering about Gutenberg / GP.

Unfortunately you cannot. This is something I've brought up to the developers as an improvement that could be made. I know some big accessibility updates are on the radar, but at this time we're stuck!

Hi Kyle great content! I was wondering what happens if I wanted to use a ACF object instead of using the author in this case? The reason why I wanted to do this is because I'm creating a custom post type named "team members" where most of them don't need a WP login or even email, and also I can use FluentForm to create a new team member without needing me to go and update for the client.
The problem that I'm having with this is that I don't think GBGP's dynamic field for Block Hooks allows me to access nested meta fields. I was wondering if you have any experience with this kind of case.

Yeah, unfortunately I think you're right... I don't think it's going to find that data. Though, I would also reach out to Jonathan Jernigan's channel about this. He does some more advanced dynamic stuff.
