Heal agya chakra for balanced thoughts and intuitive guidance to choose correct routine, thoughts, emotions, food and water intake.
3. First intake in morning. Two glasses of very mild lukewarm water. Heal the water for healthy digestion and overall healthy state.
Time out and have water at regular intervals.

Yes. Disconnecting should be done after every healing, even the healing of cosmos. In healing we are using different methods to increase the flow of energy and establish extra connections which may not have been existing. This is to get the energy flow back to what it should normally be .
