Such beautiful videography, and what great progress you've made!! 830 customers!! That's so impressive, especially considering your out-of-the-way location. We're barely hanging on with our bar here, so I'm not in a position to contribute financially right now, but I hope to be able to help out sometime in the new year. Thank you for your amazing contribution to your adopted community, to the better health of one more Japanese village, and for providing such positive, instructive, and enjoyable content. Your smile is infectious (in a good way!!), and hopefully so is the heart behind your many efforts over the year. Best wishes for a prosperous and peaceful 2024, Lee san!!

Thanks Stephen! We’re very grateful to everyone who travelled here to dine with us, and aim to use even more locally-sourced ingredients (and tea) and next year. Thanks for watching too!

As a Singaporean Japanese language teacher, I travel to Japan often (sometimes with my students) to learn more about Japan. I hope to be able to visit there some day to learn more from you guys. Great job! =)
    よいお年を~!

I do like your videos but would be nice to have some Japanese music as well. Lots of American country red neck genre type seems to be going on

Hi, it’s difficult to get Japanese music that can be licensed worldwide, and those that are licensed worldwide are way out of my budget. I choose music I don’t mind (or even like), sorry that it sounds redneck to you.
