I stayed here and went down to complain the room was too small. I had a single bed room and I was claustrophobic. The front desk was very kind , understanding and upgraded me to a suite for free! 😃

Reasonable hotels in Tokyo are generally small. However, I think that Prince Hotel's response was truly excellent.
