I've watched hundreds of videos about food in Japan and never heard of this! It looks perfectly pleasant, clean and organized. Here we would pay that much just for coffee, much less for LOCO MOCO, among a hundred options. I don't pay any attention to chain restaurants in the US, but this looks like a good value!

The airport shuttle bus is free. The hot spring fee varies depending on the accommodation plan. We stayed at the hotel with free hot spring and breakfast. You can use the hot spring alone for JPY700. Please check the hotel's website for details.
Even if you don't have a free plan, guests can use the hot springs for JPY 700. If you are not staying at the hotel, it costs JPY 1,500.

hello jtravel, the review of the ootoya was real nice. when first opened in ny - you choose chelsea by 18th street (south). my friends ordered the dinner set and myself had salmon pressed sushi with a mini bowl of udon and a green salad. one friend reminded me the brand in japan is a more small restaurant similar to yours in a food mall. the one in ny was a bright light tall ceiling with nice 4-6 person dinner tables. thank you for bringing the food and excellent cooking to the big apple. elle for unagi
Thank you for your comment. O0toya has expanded its stores to various countries. I didn't know there was one in NY! I've eaten there a few times in Hong Kong. I think it's definitely one of the best places for people from overseas to visit Japan and eat Japanese food at a reasonable price.

I stayed here and went down to complain the room was too small. I had a single bed room and I was claustrophobic. The front desk was very kind , understanding and upgraded me to a suite for free! 😃
Reasonable hotels in Tokyo are generally small. However, I think that Prince Hotel's response was truly excellent.
