The oil filter wrench I had for my truck worked on my fuel filter AND my water separator. On the separator you have to place it near the top where it's thickest, make sure to slip the unplugged wire into the center of the filter wrench so it doesn't tear it.
You're supposed to open the vent screw on the top of the separator prior to draining fuel...
We are having the same problem, rough idle when idling down? I changed all my filters still having the issue. Did It work for you?

No it unfortunately didn’t I ended up taking it in and the pit in new injectors like I suspected from the beginning
Radiator should not be there in basic maintenance, other machines are much easier to service
What year is your machine? I have a 2020 with the same symptoms, I’m suspecting injectors.
Mines a 2019 and i did end up having new injectors put in it

Try this: pull the incoming fuel line off the water separator, it has a small clamp on the Γ nipple that's screwed into the separator and comes from the bottom up to the separator. Loosen the mounting bolt that connects the water separator to the frame, you can then unscrew the Γ nipple and check it for debris. I had a dead wasp in mine that was causing major fuel restrictions and limping at full load.
After my filter changes the thing wouldn't even start, the Γ connector that the fuel hose clamps onto is notoriously bad at getting clogged with trash and debris. Pull it off and make sure it's clear. I'd suggest looking up other ways to clear the fuel lines as well.
Also, apparently there's a "should be recall but not quite" on the fuel necks of these Kubotas, they're literally rusting prematurely and filling the tanks with debris. Some say this is attributing to injector failure so consider researching it more or replacing the fuel neck if you can. Pop your gas cap off and take a look.
