I think one of the best tips I've ever gotten is the Worcestershire shire sauce in my ground turkey. It gives it the depth of flavor that is missing IMO.
Inexpensive off brand steak sauce, with a few drops of hot sauce, is another alternative, if there's no Worcestershire sauce in the house. Plain ketchup works too, but don't add too much, just a tablespoon of so. 🙂💖💯

Random tip I learned for Avocados (and only after my mom ended up in the ER with what the nurses said was literally referred to as "avocado hand" = hand stabbed with the knife used to pit 😅) - if they're perfectly ripe, you can just gently squeeze the pit side and the pit literally just FALLS OUT. total game changer. 😮 if they're close to perfectly ripe it still works, you just might smush the avocado just a bit. Totally worth it though!
Hi Maria! I recently discovered and love your channel! That chicken/SW style looks delicious!!! I too had 3 boys. All grown up now! 27, 30, and 32. They sure could eat back in the day and were athletes so burned it off fast! Especially the two swimmers!!! Btw where are you located? For some reason I was thinking St Louis area??? Um. Excuse me. There is an imposter baby in this video.! There is no way that youngster is Ben. because he can’t have gotten this big , that fast. And I loved almost everything in this video. I’d be saving a bit of money because there’s no way I’d buy a fresh tomato. Otherwise you knocked it out of the park I loved all of these. Oh and I live in an apartment building I don’t have a barbeque so I’ll be frying the burgers and baking the chicken but it’ll work. I have great AC in my building so I don’t have to worry about heating up my apartment by using the oven. 😁
