I managed it with a 9.5mm (3/8) 14mm magnetic socket, universal joint, and extension bar. 12.7mm (1/2) drive sockets and extensions won't fit even if you pull the plastic trim away from the metal wall. The bracket (that got painted blue in this video) needs to be shoved toward the front of the car to release a grommet. I was not able to remove it completely, but could move it around to access the nuts and metal tab.
Brother i need to replace rear shock absorber on my rn6 but I am based in europe what other model of honda close to honda stream, the honda civic 8th gen absorber compatible with the stream.
Hi. So sorry, I could not find equivalent parts for this item. So far, there are only Stream RN6 and RN8 using the same absorber. You might try to find it on e-Bay. Thanks.
I'd to order genuine stream ones from Japan, arrived today. Going by diagrams, the dc5 integra rear shocks are very similar, I'll try to compare when I've my old ones off
Maybe you know with any different honda stream rn6 share shock absorbers for example honda Accord or civic or stream rn3 or any honda? Honda make shock absorbers exactly for one model honda stream rn6?
Nice video. Btw can we just open the small plastic cap on the rear trim cover to open the 3 12mm bolts and 2 14mm bolts?
Very small space to manoeuvre your tools. Been tried that….

Honda Crossroad (RT1/RT3) shares a lot of parts with RN6/8 Honda Stream, but that car was also intended only for the Japanese market.

Шайбу вроде как не правильно поставил, нужно острыми краями вверх.
Хонда лоханулась, нужно пол салона разобрать что бы добраться до стоек.
