these sound AMAZING on my phone! But WHY oh WHY didn't they center the equipment on the carpet center-line? please tell me they are in true room center and the carpet is off :)
I have heard just about everything, save the M9 speakers. Yet, listening to these speakers on my headphones from your feed, Jay, I can honestly say these speakers are truly special on every level.
SF Suprema just showed the line between live performance and sound reproduction is now virtually non existent. Bravo to both Sonus Faber and Mcintosh for their fine work.
I would like to hear paradise 9H with 4 XR13 subs side by side in this room to see if you can hear $680,000 difference in sound. Be very interesting to hear this kind of Comparison.
Just listening on my iPhone and they sound good . Guess you’re using a killer Mike set up ? I’ll switch up to my living room system to really feel it .
@@igaldins That's exactly the point - no one would even want that. That's not music, that's sound effects. Recorded and produced solely to make stereo systems sound good. This is no different from the ultra-high-resolution and completely color-saturated nature shots, that run across television screens in an electronics store.
I like that he is enjoying a setup with McIntosh. There's a reason they have been around for 75 years. I'm a MC owner, and I do love the sound of SF. It's a beautiful pairing.
I can see folks spending money on systems that bring them musical joy . Cool But Dang!!!! Push these systems with killer tracks . Hard hitting music . Chicago Tower of power Fusion jazz , in all its forms Rock . These mellow tunes do highlight what these big money systems can do , but what about the hard stuff , instrumental solos . Pump it folks , pump up the jams .
for such a large environment you need the right speakers... In fact in the video you can clearly perceive that the bass is ridiculous and lacking compared to the sound present in the recording of the song
Scratching my head, you have these 1M set up and you play lousy music on it, you gotta blast these speakers with full orchestra or heavy metal! Its like buying a bugatti only to drive it on newyork 🤦
Does it sound good? If yes, then it’s a great choice. Just because those amps are much cheaper than the speakers does not mean they cannot drive them well (or in this case, drive them exceptionally)
What an enormous room. Impressive that they can fill that big space. These must be truly exceptional speakers..
these sound AMAZING on my phone!

Go back to that room with a good playlist. For an hour and push that system. Rock , jazz , soul , blues , salsa .
Yes how about some early Chicago like 25 or 6 to 4
Great song choice…

Son you are listening to this on your phone's speaker. Grow up
You gathered all of that through your PC or phone speaker? Lying fool.
Glad to find a Suprema video with the speakers actually playing. I get a sense those speakers need a huge space to perform.
Game over, wow these sound alive, the attack, separation etc 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥. Don't have enough body parts to sell though.
u need a room that size to.

@@kevin-zd4po i was told that these speakers were developed and tested in a 40m² room.
That display is awesome
I'd love to hear these in comparison with the Wilson Audio Master Chronosonic.
Thats a huge room and the speakers and McIntosh does a great job filling the room without any noticeable distortion
The stuff dreams are made of!
Sounds incredible even though through TH-cam. Dam
What a visual presentation. If it sounds as good as it looks, I would be glued to the seat.
what's the name of the track at the 7.00 with the orchestra trumpet etc .. ive iheard the song before don't know the artist sounds great
So, maybe Sonus Faber is factory that made perfect speaker system, among few these ultra high end manufacturers…. They are most beautiful too.
Amazing, but I would love to hear something with vocals!
Thanks for the coverage Jay
Although Mcintosh might not be every one's cup of tea it's still stunning looking and works well in this setup
beautiful design - understated and classy
Spectacular. Nice one Jay 👍

Japanese Roots ( John Kaizan Neptune ) track 2 TakéDaké
Wow absolutely spectacular speakers! I can’t believe they filled a room that huge. Wish I could’ve been there, but I’ll be there in 4 months 🎉
Hi Jay. Did you find out what was the source components? Thanks for sharing bud.
Just listening on my iPhone and they sound good . Guess you’re using a killer Mike set up ?
I’ll switch up to my living room system to really feel it .
Wow, look at the size of that room and they sound incredible.
Has anybody got an idea where I could get a similar soundproofing for my listening room?
The recording is outstanding 🙏👍
Which room and where is this one?
Groceries or new Sonus Faber Speakers…throw in rent too…difficult choice that needs thought.
Fanfare for the common man Minnesota Orchestra Eiji Que track 3
If real musicians sat there and played this 'music' live instead of the $1 million system, no one would care for it.
Can you resident those musicians in your home and make them play any time you want?

These should be your next speakers.
The whole sound and the setting is bitching. 🔥 🔥 🔥
Looks like something from a Sci fi movie.
ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL AMAZING!!!!¡!!!!!!!!
I changed my perception on you as an audiophile when you got your Sonus Faber speakers Jay.
Why?
@@jaydries bcos @geir8849 is audiophile snobbery🤣
@@jaydries Choosing a new path, and going for european speakers instead of the same brands.

@@jaydries I don't understand all the McIntosh "hate" out there. Yes. Like that room. More modest system here with Spendor/Exposure/Denafrips.
Which room is that?
That sounds like the orchestra is playing
These sound special too wow nice big room filling speakers!! Only McIntosh out Gryphon in haha
I could buy three different sounding MBL, Wilson, Alsyvox or etc. speakers instead and listen whatever taste required
Amazing🎉emotion, not only music
Another league - impressive considering that huge room! Thanks Jay to bring that to us 🙏😎 - hope to be in Munich next year

They would sound even better with another amplification other than McInstosh
Definitely Hi End - very very nice
These do sound quite good.
Everyone is competing for the highest price that the market can bear.
The speakers performed well in this space promoting the question of how many lesser priced options would have excelled in this particular room?
One pair of Klipschorns and one good amp of your choosing.
Yes , any hard jamming Chicago song .
Danse Macabre track 4 op 40 Same orchestra

I love all the clowns shit talking McIntosh. 😂
More alien music 😱

You don't know what you are saying
Again, imo, needs better electronics. Gryphon , Soulution , JMF, Pilium . Use better source like Wadax, DCS. Imo, sounds thin ish, spectrally tipped up. Not natural and realistic imo. Hifi ish.
Go ahead take 2 zeros out.
Ahahahahaahah
god awful music!
Name your 2 best songs you play at the show?
This speakers needs much better electronics than McIntosh because McIntosh is not High End.
Pretty soon , the way things are going , nothing is going to be high-end anymore.
Who says? Have you ever heard a Mac/Faber system like this live? Probably NOT. Oh, and Judge not until you know the rig gig!
McIntosh is still better than what *most* people are using
Do you own McIntosh I wonder
