Aap ko Odisha state board ke regional/ main office me visit karke apna 20th%tile ka certificate Lena padega, & on the basis of that certificate you can eligible under obc..
Iss exam ko acchese samazne ke liye aap pehle inke website par registration kare, uske baad aapko sample paper unke website pe miljayenge, and on the basis of sample paper you can easily understand the paper pattern. Best of luck for your future.
