I feel scalar is better as they are providing bits pilani's degree and newton is providing a degree from rishihood university, a university many people never even heard of. And scalar is already running various other tech courses and placing students and being located in the it hub ig it provides more internship opportunities as well.

Last year scaler application was 54000 and they selected 192 , i searched but did not find newton school application data online
