- Hello everyone! Today, I have for you 20 cards (2 of each design) using Halloween Market from Carta Bella. I love Halloween and I wanted to get started making my Halloween cards so that I can craft the rest of my 6×6 Halloween paper pads. I don’t mind scary or creepy images on my patterned paper…I like all kinds of patterns. It can be cute, vintage, scary because Halloween is all of those things for me. I will have a list of supplies I used below and I hope you like the cards I have made.

I love all the cards. I don't use ribbon very often but after watching this video I want to start using it.
Yay! I don't use it often either because sometimes I forget I have them. I think ribbons sometimes gives cards an extra touch of detail and texture. Can't wait to see your cards with ribbons! :)
I ❤making Halloween cards! Thats why I did a search & found this older video. I tend 2 hoard my Halloween papers 2😂😂😂. And I have a boatload of ribbon & paper I need 2 work thru also. Thanks 4 the inspiration!

Thank you for the great inspiration to use up pattern paper and scraps. I took classes for several years with a SU! Demonstrator and have lots of coordinating supplies. It makes cardmaking so much better.

My kids call me recycling queen, sometimes rubbish queen😂 that’s because I refuse to throw scraps away, I always find use of them :)
Too funny! My friends used to save their scraps for me because they know I don't like to waste.
I love using up scraps. I have separate containers for white/black, solids, & patterns. I go to them a lot
That’s a great idea. I put mine in a tray and try to use it before it gets full. I used to have a box and I got super overwhelmed.

Loved your cards. Very pretty . You mentioned that you wish for pearls in different colors. I have bought white pearls from the hobby shop and color them with markers to match my cards. Give it a try....tfs

@@CraftyMamaDiaries One more question, what type of envelopes do you use? I made some cards today based of your layouts. I'm curious how yours hold with extra emblishments (popped up photos or ribbon bows) in the envelopes?
@@savannah3840 I use A2 size envelopes and here's a link where I buy them. I usually buy in bulk with my crafty friends because it's cheaper.

Do you have instagram? Would love to see what you made! If the card is a little bulky I put two stamps. The cards that I typically make fits inside the A2 envelopes. I'm not certain if it gets thicker than that if it would require a bigger envelope. I try to keep my cards not super bulky if that makes any sense. lol
I subscribed and would love to print the sketches. But every time I click on the link, nothing happens. These are beautiful card sketches and would like to try them. Can you help?

@@CraftyMamaDiaries wonderful, it is so sad to know how many older people are placed in homes and then forgotten. Their faces light up when receiving cards no matter what the reason.
