Samba Carnivals are held in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, London in the UK, Miami in the US, Helsinki in Finland, Sydney in Australia, and many other places.
In Tokyo, Japan, the Asakusa Samba Carnival has been held every August or September since 1981, attracting approximately 500,000 visitors.
