I am an HR (used to be) and do not understand the damands to prefer young. Actually, it's about the boss's power, how he or she will find a way and earn his or her authority in the eyes' of more professional one. The only reason to refuse such candidates is real disability to work. But still, there can be created the positions of mentors and coaches who will train the young ones. That would stenghten the team work quality and results! And I love people who have desire and zest for their job. That is so beautiful!!! So, my admiration and excitment!

I've had this so many times. Never having been permitted to go to university (girls don't study - girls get married), I did not have any tertiary education. I was always deemed too stupid, then too old to get senior positions. On the other hand, I always had to train the Uni graduates on how to do the job they were qualified, but I could do. I built complex interactive data bases that didn't require manuals or computer knowledge, but whenever I told IT of a problem and where the problem lost, they asked me whether I had the computer plugged in only to find that I was right a few days later. It was so frustrating.

So very sorry you lost your mother. Glad you got a granny.
When I lost my extra mother ( I still got my bio mother and am grateful though it's complex ), I spend what time I can with my baby boy. Not nearly enough, but right now he is in stage of life where if it not work then it is friend and when he had a girlfriend. Next month he starts school for certificate in mechanics. But when I do spend time with him, the one time I do not feel grief over my daddy and extra mom, who passed only 6 weeks and one day apart. My father, day after Thanksgiving, my extra mom, barely into the new year. I think I am starting to cope better.
If I was closer to my nieces and nephews, that would help as well.

Great video ageism is terrible in fact she was going to save his company and he won't even promise her a position there if I was her I would say "no you give me a position or I'll leave" and calling her the maid that was really offensive he's lucky to have a kind grandmother I would have just left and just let his greed destroy him

People in this world love to judge the book by its cover too much... Age it's just a number

I really don't think it is fair that in this life someone should reconsider how they are treating the other person because the person is dying. I say that attention and love should be given to our family members whether they are dying or not

It doesn't cost a dime to be kind to others so before you try to put down people you should try and try and get to know about them

Thanks! Ageism is a crime against history. The aged have a wisdom that comes from experience and there are some fields that benefit from tried and true methods. I loved this story. It was so heart warming. Before the investor walked into the room, I am asking, who is the actor that they chose to be the investor. Is it Istan? Noooooo, it is the idiot bald headed guy who always gets it wrong!!! Only you guys SURPRISED ME!!! He for the first time played a very cool guy that rapidly adjusted once he realized this elderly Grandmother that looks like a maid was the one that programed his vision and made it reality. He is no longer the stereo typed loser idiot -- thanks to Grandma he is the next tech billionaire, the next Mark Zuckerberg. Thank you DramatizeMe for another great video. Thank you also for teaching me a life lesson not to stereotype actors. I give this 5 Babbage Premium Awards for computer innovation out of 5! Bravo! Bravo! Bravo! And, I now am a fan of the bald headed guy!

This video really touch me. I known especially in UK ,America and other developed countries young people lives their of their own without staying with parents. And the worse is old age people are sending out from home to be less burden and make them to stay with old age house and all. And they spend their time missing their grandchildren, their children when on the other their family they really don't care at all. 😢😢😢😢

The grandson should be more considerate of his grandmother, and not ashamed of her.
