I thought your delivery and the pace of the tutorial was fantastic, it felt very personal like a one on one lesson . Too many instructors on TH-cam are loud and abrasive and too fast, this was the perfect antidote thank you. I’m just starting to learn fresco so would appreciate more on fresco but would be interested if you want to do other platforms
Thanks, it was interesting ;) Is there such a good program for Android tablets ? I love vector graphics and have been drawing on Coreldraw for more than 10 years but I want something cool on a tablet
if im not mistaken adobe fresco works on ipad and android. It works on my windows tablet that why I like fresco so much because it works across multiply platforms unlike procreate which is only for ipads. I have Fresco on my Iphone, My dell laptop, and my windows tablet
I thought the illustration you did was really nice even though your delivery was a little monotonous - you seemed very blase or uninterested in what you were doing. Lots of sighing when you talk - I know that's probably subconscious, but it's something I noticed. It made me sigh and yawn a lot while watching. The character was cute though and the instruction was clear. I recently started watching vids on Fresco as an animation tool so that's mostly what I was searching for when I came across your video, but watched anyway and was pleased with what I learned. I would just say the energy seems a little low - which may have just been this day since you were already on coffee number 2 - I'm assuming you had a long night or were up late or something. Anyway - I'm gonna go do something in Fresco to start learning the tool. I want to create a short animation. You did a great job shading and I like the little finishing lines and dots you added. I was hoping you'd animate the bubbles in the background at the end or that you would animate the eye or tongue or something, but I noticed you didn't put every element on its own layer so that you could isolate and animate if you wanted to.
Perception can be very subjective. I actually like his tone and delivery. It’s relaxed and intimate, like being in a small class or study group. I find an instructor with too much energy distracting and annoying. It feels as if they’re trying to sell you something instead of explaining or demonstrating the topic. I like that he used a simple example and explained what he was doing as he drew it and why. I’ve watched many videos of professional digital artists demonstrate a technique, but fail to explain _why_ they did the steps that made up the technique. That additional step is the difference between effective and ineffective teachers. That old saying that disparages teachers as the failures in their chosen field (“Those who can, do. Those who can’t, teach.”) is complete BS. Just because you understand and/or can do something doesn’t mean you can explain it to someone else so that they also understand it and/or can do it. This is a great video and I hope you do more. As for what subjects or techniques you should cover, I would recommend covering the topics you feel are important, particularly the ones you wish you had known when you first started. As for the algorithm, you could periodically ask your subscribers if they’re interested in a particular topic. TH-cam lets you include a simple quiz on a video subscribers see when they start to write a comment. I don’t know if simply chasing trends is effective or not. If you don’t yet make Shorts, you may want to make some. I never thought I would be interested in them but I find myself wastyfar too much time on them and I find myself subscribing to new channels based on a few well done Shorts that grab my interest.

Appreciate the comment. That’s good feedback.
