Ingredients.
Ponni raw rice - 1/2 kg
Oil - 100grm
Meal makker - 50grm
Bay leaf - 3 pieces
Star anise - 2 pieces
Chilli powder - 1/2 tablespoon
Coriander powder - 1/2 tablespoon
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tablespoon
Salt - 1 tablespoon
Onion - Medium size 1
Tomato - Medium size 1
Carrot - 1
Coriander leaves - little bit
Mint leaves - little bit
Green chilli - 2 pieces
Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
Water - 1 litre
