I’m from Indiana. My family used to plant wheat, baled the straw, and planted double crop soybeans. They no longer plant wheat because of the losses from low prices and no yield from the soybeans. I miss not being able to farm. I was crushed in a farming accident. Now I’m in a power wheelchair. So I appreciate the videos. I love the drone and camera footage. Hope you have a great day.😊
Today was stunning, again! Great video's of all the real life stuff during harvest. The drone really brings in the expanse of the fields but also is great for some closer shots with the unloading on the go. So much better these days without trucks trying to pull into the headers. Done it many times and just hoped nothing got damaged! Keep up the great story telling! Just love what you and Jim bring to us. And of course some help from Katie too!
Thanks for another gorgeous day video harvesting wheat in Montana!!!!!!!! It was so interesting and super enjoyable to watch for sure!!!!! 👍 Seems the storm clouds kept chasing you all day but waited until late to start. Glad the weather gave you the day to harvest. The changes in the clouds were amazing throughout this day and really added to your videos. That main field you were in today was immense, huge, seemed you could not see the other end of it. What a Nebraska or Iowa farmer would give for a field of corn that immense!!!!!!!! You all really knocked the acres out today, is always impressive to see all four machines going across the field!!!!!!!!! You and Katie did another absolutely incredible job with the drone footage and cab video combined today. The lay of the land and the scenery just takes your breath away it seems!!!!!’ You both had some amazing video today- - heartfelt thanks for your efforts to bring us God’s Country ❤!!!!!!!!!! The thing that keeps crossing my mind is that harvest is here but for that to happen the SEEDING had to be done. What a massive operation that must be. Lots of acres to get seeded-wow!!! If you ever see one of their seeder setting out there would appreciate a photo of it. Planting or seeding time was always enjoyable for me back in the day. Important step in this process. Love love the meals in the field. Great to see the families and kids gather around for meal time. Like the idea of the meal containers for use in the field versus trying to balance a plate while in the field. Everything I see with this operation is just first class, really put together well. My compliments to the owners for their hospitality and management!!!!!! Well, guess I better finish this and get ready for the next days video. It is the Main Course of my day, I so look forward to it ❤!!!!!!!!!!!! You and Jim and everyone take care and be safe. Sending my blessings always!!!! The Iowa farm boy. Awesome video the one picture with the combine and the dark clouds behind it was great maybe the farmer could do a sit down with you and tell us a little bit about the farm if it wanted to. Thanks again and have a blessed day
Hope you stay safe during the storms. How far can you see across the horizon? Must be amazing watching the weather move in- although you dont need it during harvest
Been watching the radar and you guys are in the sites of that storm coming down from Canada. This should give you some down later on Tuesday. I see its been raining there on and off all day Wednesday. Hopefully you guys don't get the white combine coming thru. Billings got hit hard Tuesday night, 73 mph winds and hail. I know it's a ways from you guys, but the big red spots were moving south of G.F.....Nice to see the High Woods....Like the supper in the field...the concave in the back of the pickup was a cool site....be safe and may the weather gods be good to you.....
Guess the grain has to dry after rain before it can be harvested or it would mould. You might get a day or two off! How far through harvest are you now?. . You're surely getting through the fields. Love how the trucks all line up, everything always looks so tidy.
Dennis (the father) and Bret (son) do all the planting themselves. Lots of hours in a tractor. These guys are some of the hardest working people I know.
