Tag Mini Album Tutorial - Little Hot Tamale

- Hello Lovelies! Today I have a very special tag mini album tutorial for you. We are going to create an album using one piece of 12x12 cardstock, learn a simple water color technique, how to get in the mindset of creating a mini album, and useful tips while paper crafting. I also throw in some funny dialogue along the way too, hehe. Well, it*s at least funny to me. Ok, it*s mostly me laughing at myself. Come on, crafting needs to be fun and lighthearted. :)
This is also a collab with Aideen Fallon. She created a wonderful tutorial on how to make a gorgeous mixed media cover with acetate. I learned quite a few things from her tutorial, especially if you are new to mixed media... like me. :)

Way to go girly! Crafting is so much fun! I love making diy projects and embellies. My favorite projects are the ones that I handmade everything with minimum supplies. Pencils, pens, printer paper, and scissors are my jam. :D What kind of crafting are you into girly?
Thank you Megan! I love writing my poems into my journaling and about a few months ago I started making simple flipbooks for my penpals. I wanted to make more embellishments for them that doesn't require me to buy costly items. anything that is made with love :D. I hope you could make more videos in the future.

Love this! WOW!!! Where do you get your picture developed so little?
Thank you! I get my pictures developed at Walgreens online and in store pickup. I edit my photos on collage mode on www.picmonkey.com (free, no download needed) and then I add them to my Walgreens account. I really enjoy using Walgreens because when you create an account and it will save your photos in albums until you are ready to print them. :) Then I just wait to print them when Walgreens runs a special.

The tiny stapler is by Tim Holtz (Tiny Attacher). I bought mine at Hobby Lobby, but I*m almost positive that Jo Ann Fabric and Michaels sell it too. :) Occasionally I see a pink stapler that uses tiny staples at TJ Maxx and Tuesday Morning, I think it is by American Crafts.

Thank you Angelina! I resize my pictures from my camera on www.picmonkey.com (Free version, no download needed). I use the collage option and set the box size to 1200x1800 or 1800x1200 depending on if you want landscape or portrait. Then I save my photos and upload them to Walgreens.com. Then I print my pictures that are saved to my Walgreen*s online photo folder when they are running a special. :) I hope that answers your question girly. Hugs! - Meg

I love this! What size are your photos?
The photos range from 3x4 to 2x3 inches. I use www.picmonkey.com to adjust my picture sizes in collage mode and print them at Walgreens. :)

How did you print the photos please? Our printer died, looking for a new option. Was considering one of the small photo printers, sometimes not healthy enough to make it to the room where the desktop/printer is.
Hi Julie. Unfortunately I don*t have a photo printer. :( I always adjust my photo size on picmonkey with the collage option. Then I get a big batch printed at Walgreens when they have a sale. I*m sorry I couldn*t be more help. If you do get a new photo printer, please let me know what one you purchase.

I bought mine at Dollar Tree in the office supply section. You can probably find them at Walmart, target, an office supply store, or online. Sometimes the rings are called "binder rings" or "book rings." They come in different sizes too. :) I hope you can find them.
