Kinda sad how he doesn't have the counter, but he's got the KICK, and that's all I wanted.
Making the kick a counter would’ve meant figuring out a different 18 ki. The thought of that scares me with how the style keeps switching from 2D looking sprites to the 3D-ish Superhero ones from last year.

@@rory828 No duh. Beast Gohan does three things in the movie. Get punched. Kick. Special Beam Cannon. A nightmare for Dokkan since they rely on tracing the anime.
Not the best, but for completely original animations, I adore these. Simple, but effective. They're far better in 2x speed.

The cell that was hurt by them wasn't at full power yet, only when he started charging his big blast. Also, Toriyama literally stated that he's strongest
Imma be honest with ya chief, these complaints are coming from people that havent watched dbz fully just from clips and think ignorantly on how power scaling works.
You literally see Frieza gets a new form twice and surpasses Goku each time, but Gohan does it and hes downplayed. Buu saga Gohan surpassed Goku just by sitting for hours💀. If youre still complaining about beast Gohan then its just need to go outside, its not that serious if Gohan is stronger or isnt. The fact people treat power scaling like a life chsnging event like a court case is insane

@@trueuigoku1731they could've revamped it. Take a look at legends, they already had the special beam cannon for the standalone beast gohan but with the transforming one they completely changed it.

YOU need your eyes checked. The only good animations from the gammas are the kick gamma 2 does in the 12 ki, and the finish skill
